Registration can be purchased to attend a single day or for the full week - registration per scientific session or half day is not available.  All fees include GST (Goods & Services Tax).

 

Early Bird registration and payment is required by 31 March 2008.

Registration Notes

  1. Payment must be received by the conference organisers by the above dates for the applicable fee to be applied.
  2. Discounted ASM Member rates are available to financial ASM Members - click for information on how to be an ASM Member
  3. Student Member and Retired Member rates are only available to ASM members whose financial membership category is "Student" or "Retired".

SESSION PASS DESCRIPTION

Organisations (eg. hospitals, laboratories, companies) can purchase a "Session Pass" to enable their staff to attend conference sessions on a rotating basis. One name badge will be provided per Session Pass purchased - the name of the organisation will be printed on the name badge.  Note that Session Passes do not provide admittance to any of the social functions - refer to the Registration Inclusions Table below for more info.

 

The number of staff able to attend a session at any one time will be limited to the number of Session Passes purchased - Session Passes will admit 1 person per Session Pass at any one time.

Cancellations & Changes

| Top

  • Cancellations or changes must be made in writing to the conference organisers
  • Registration cancellations received on or after 1 May 2008 will incur an administration fee of AU$100
  • There will be no refund or credit issued for registration, workshop, social function or lunch ticket cancellations received on or after 1 June 2008
  • Name changes can be made until 15 June 2008
