Exhibitors - Staff Registration

 

DEADLINE - 6 JUNE 2008

 

Exhibitors are required to register their staff no later than 6 June 2008.  An exhibitor registration template spreadsheet will be posted here closer to the conference to assist with exhibitor staff registration.

 

An Exhibitor Registration includes:

  • Unlimited access to the Exhibition Hall during Open Hours

  • Admittance to any complimentary workshops that are being held at the convention centre  (workshop pre-registration is required)

  • A personalised name badge with scannable 2D barcode containing individual contact details

  • A conference satchel including the Program & Abstract Book

  • Complimentary admittance to the Opening Plenary Address & Welcome Reception
    (Sunday evening)

  • Complimentary admittance to the Trade Night cocktail party and ‘News from the Hospitals’ function (Tuesday evening)

  • All morning & afternoon teas

  • Complimentary daily lunch in the exhibition hall (RSVPs are appreciated)

  • Complimentary exhibitor refreshments in the exhibition hall

  • Opportunity to purchase tickets to the Rubbo Oration & Supper (Monday evening) and the Conference Dinner & Dance (Wednesday evening) social & networking functions

  • Opportunity to take advantage of reduced accommodation rates when booking via the conference accommodation agents

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Exhibitor Registration does not provide admittance to any scientific sessions.  Should staff wish to attend scientific sessions of interest, staff should use their allocated Session Passes in order to access the meeting rooms.
    Each Exhibition Package is provided with a number of complimentary Session Passes which can be collected from the Registration Desk.  Session Passes are generic and will be in the name of the purchasing company - they are completely transferable amongst staff or corporate visitors/guests.

  • Exhibitor Registrations are in the name of the individual staff member are not transferable amongst staff - should you require more staff on your stand or numerous staff over different days then additional registrations will be required - $260 each (incl gst)
