How it works
The OzAccom Group will take and manage your
accommodation booking for Melbourne. All
queries regarding accommodation should be directed in the first instance
to The OzAccom Group.
A wide variety of
specially discounted accommodation is available for conference delegates –
ranging from 5-star luxury and spacious apartment style hotels to budget
accommodation. All hotels are located within walking distance of the
Melbourne Convention Centre.
Credit card details will be required by
The OzAccom Group
at the time of booking to secure your reservation. No monies will be
debited from your credit card by The OzAccom Group as your card details
will simply be onforwarded to the hotel as security for your booking.
It will be the hotel's discretion whether to charge your card a deposit
for the booking prior to your arrival. You will then need to settle
your entire account with the hotel at check-out.
Please contact
The OzAccom Group if you wish to pre-pay
your accommodation in advance.
A Booking Confirmation will be forwarded outlining your
booking details, including check in/out times, policy regarding changes &
cancellation, fees, etc. If you don't receive your Booking
Confirmation within 5 days of booking, you should contact The OzAccom
Group to find out why.
Booking Deadline: 6 June 2008
Bookings made after 6 June 2008 will be subject to availability, and
there is no guarantee that the same reduced conference rate will apply.
All rooms are subject to availability.
